Hongkong Post April 21 announced that a special stamp sheetlet to commemorate Hongkong Post's participation in the London 2010 International Philatelic Exhibition will be released for sale together with associated philatelic products on May 8.
This special stamp sheetlet commemorates Hongkong Post's participation in the London 2010 International Philatelic Exhibition to be held at the Business Design Centre in London, United Kingdom, from May 8 to 15. Hongkong Post takes this opportunity to showcase quality Hong Kong stamps overseas. The stamp sheetlet is printed in red, white and blue - the colours of the Union Flag. The silhouettes of landmarks in Hong Kong and London symbolise harmonious ties between the two cities.

Hongkong Post April 20 announced that a set of seven postage prepaid postcards featuring the Amazing Asian Animals in Ocean Park Hong Kong will be released for sale on April 30.
This set of postcards marks the first anniversary of the introduction of "Amazing Asian Animals" in Ocean Park Hong Kong. The seven types of lovely animals -- Asian small-clawed otter, bird, Chinese alligator, Chinese giant salamander, giant panda, goldfish and red panda -- are vividly shown on the postcards which include air mail postage for sending to all destinations.

Rue Madame, a new fashion concept boutique that brings the latest clothing and accessory brands exclusively from Paris to Hong Kong, opened its first store April 9.
Located in Lee Gardens Two in Causeway Bay, Rue Madame is a concept created by Ariane Zagury in collaboration with Patricia and Nathalie Samson. The Samson sisters have distinguished careers in the international fashion world and have owned well-established concept stores in Paris as well as having advised some of the famous French clothing brands.

Hongkong Post November 30 announced that a set of stamps based on the theme of "Stonecutters Bridge" will be released for sale together with associated philatelic products on December 17.
Stonecutters Bridge straddles the Rambler Channel at its entrance to the Kwai Chung Container Port. Approaching from Stonecutters Island on the east and Tsing Yi Island on the west near Container Terminals 8 and 9 respectively, it forms a key element of Route 8 between Tsing Yi and Cheung Sha Wan. Hongkong Post is pleased to issue a set of special stamps to mark the completion of this major infrastructure project.

Hongkong Post October 20 announced that a set of stamps based on the theme of "Hong Kong, China - Brazil Joint Issue on Football" will be released for sale together with associated philatelic products on November 5 (Thursday).
Official first day covers priced at $1 each will be put on sale at all post offices starting from October 22, while stamps and associated philatelic products will go on display at the General Post Office, Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office, Tsuen Wan Post Office and Sha Tin Central Post Office from the same day. Advance orders for servicing self-provided covers will be accepted at all philatelic offices from October 22 to 29.
