The airline’s Signature Noodle Soups, now being served in First and Business Class on medium- and long-haul routes until 31 January 2010, give people a real taste of home and tie in with the carrier’s objective to provide the best Chinese food in the air.
Cathay Pacific is now serving 14 types of Signature Noodle Soups on its flights. These include shrimp wonton noodles, braised pork and preserved vegetable with rice noodles, barbecued duck with lai fun noodles, Sichuanese dan dan noodles, braised duck and salted vegetable with rice noodles, spiced pork noodles, deep-fried shui gow noodles and beef curry with ho fun noodles, to name just a few.
